These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the RAFTELSHOP.com platform. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

Important: We recommend reading these ToU carefully. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Object and Scope

RAFTELSHOP is a multi-vendor platform connecting professional vendors with individual customers in Algeria. RAFTELSHOP acts as a technical intermediary and does not manufacture or directly distribute products.

2. Account Creation and Management

2.1 Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian authorization
Information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date
Only one account per person is allowed
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials

2.2 Verification

We reserve the right to verify the identity of any user and suspend or delete any account in case of fraudulent information or abusive behavior.

2.3 Suspension/Termination

RAFTELSHOP may suspend or terminate an account in case of ToU violation, fraudulent activity or non-payment. Users may also request account deletion at any time via our contact form.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order

Browse our catalog and add products to your cart
Review your cart and click "Order"
Enter your delivery address
Choose your payment method
Confirm your order
Receive email confirmation

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Electronic payment via SATIM (EDAHABIA, CIB) - Secure payment
Payment on delivery (managed by our delivery service) - Additional fees 50-200 DZD

3.3 Prices and Billing

Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and include VAT. Delivery fees are calculated based on your wilaya and package weight. The total amount to pay is clearly indicated before order validation.

Warning: Once confirmed and paid, the order is considered final. See our return policy for cancellation conditions.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

Nearby wilayas (Algiers, Blida, Tipaza): 2-4 business days
Center wilayas: 3-6 business days
South wilayas: 5-10 business days

4.2 Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment. You can track your package in real time on our tracking page.

4.3 Receipt

You must verify the package condition in the presence of the delivery person. If the package is damaged, refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from product receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

5.2 Return Conditions

Unused product in original packaging
Labels and seals intact
Invoice and complete accessories

5.3 Non-Returnable Products

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

Opened cosmetic and personal care products
Unsealed underwear and swimwear
Food products
Custom or personalized products

5.4 Refund

Refund is processed within 14 days after receipt of returned product, using the same payment method used for purchase (unless you request otherwise).

6. Warranties and After-Sales Service

6.1 Legal Warranty

All products benefit from legal conformity warranty. In case of non-conformity, you can request repair, replacement or refund.

6.2 Manufacturer Warranty

Some products also benefit from manufacturer warranty. Conditions are specified on the product sheet and in documentation provided with the product.

7. Responsibilities and Limitations

7.1 RAFTELSHOP Role

RAFTELSHOP acts as a technical intermediary between vendors and buyers. We are not responsible for:

Quality, conformity or safety of products sold by vendors
Accuracy of descriptions and images provided by vendors
Disputes between buyers and vendors (although we facilitate their resolution)

7.2 Liability Limitation

Within legal limits, RAFTELSHOP cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or immaterial damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RAFTELSHOP (logo, texts, images, design, source code) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to publish or sell on RAFTELSHOP:

Counterfeit or illegal products
Dangerous or regulated products without authorization
Defamatory, violent, pornographic or discriminatory content
Stolen or questionable origin products

Sanctions: Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal proceedings.

10. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current Algerian legislation. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

12. ToU Modification

RAFTELSHOP reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. We encourage you to regularly consult this page.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, Algerian courts will have sole jurisdiction, after failure of amicable resolution attempt.
